Schedule Confirmation

I have reviewed my schedule and I am confirmed for all of my shifts. I understand that I will be assigned a "role" (front of house/back of house) based upon my skill set and the needs of the business. I understand that my "role" and hours may change as the needs of the festival may change (weather, attendance etc)

Staff Credentials

I have reviewed the staff credential details and confirm that I understand picking up my staff credentials during the scheduled hours (in the staff email) is my responsibility. REMINDER there is ZERO flexibility for picking up credentials outside of the posted hours. Security has been ramped up even more, and we will not be able to work our usual magic to get anyone in outside of the credential pickup hours and we will not have the time to do so.

Credentials and Security

Staff Wristbands and Security have been once again ramped up again this year. Any mishandling of your staff wristband could result in us loosing our booth and being walked out of the festival. This happened to more than one vendor last year. Please note that once a wristband has been tightened, it cannot be loosened. Wristbands are de-validated if cut, removed, or altered in any way. Do not cut tails. Your wristband is for you and you only. It cant be borrowed, traded, or sold.

Payment

I understand that Lollapalooza is a cashless event and that I will be paid no sooner than 8/18 but no later than 8/22.

Transportation and Parking

I understand that transportation to and from the event is my responsibility. If I choose to drive, I will make my own parking plan. I understand that there are no staff parking passes and that I am responsible for any parking costs.

Walk Up Song

We are putting together a playlist of everyone's "Walk Up Song" (for those non-sportsball fans - a walkup song plays when a player walks up to the plate or when a new pitcher comes in during a game). While we wont be playing them as each person comes into the booth - we will have a playlist that we play throughout the day. We did this last year and it was a blast. This should be a song that pumps you up, means something to you etc. Please let us know your choice for your walk up song.

Outfit Theme Days

We choose outfit theme days for each day of Lolla as a way to make it a little more fun. It is not mandatory by any means but if you would like to participate, I would love help in choosing what our themes should be this year. Last year we did Chappel Roan , Pop Punk, Emo, Chicago Sports. Write any of your ideas below. So far things that have been circulating: Sabrina Carpenter, 90's grunge, Tiki, Cubs (because BEST record in baseball) ... If you are not interested in participating - write NA below.
